Silver Alert Issued For Missing Man

(Valley City, ND) — A Silver Alert has been issued in connection with a missing Valley City man. Rory Rupp, age 56, hasn’t been seen since early Sunday morning when he was seen leaving the Sheyenne Saint Raphael Care Facility. Rupp has several medical conditions that impair his judgment and ability to live independently. He’s described as a white male, and is five-foot-six inches in height and weighs 137 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Valley City Police Department.
