St. Michael Woman Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter

(Fargo, ND) — A St. Michael, North Dakota woman has pleaded guilty in federal court to three counts of Involuntary Manslaughter and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. Trina Hunt entered her plea in Fargo yesterday and will be sentenced in the fall. Hunt was found to be driving recklessly while under the influence prior to a two-car crash on the Spirit Lake Reservation that killed a man and a young boy and girl in 2021. A man also charged in the crash, Winter Bigtrack, was sentenced to 57 months after also pleading guilty.
