Stabbing Leads To Standoff In Mandan

(Mandan, ND) — A woman is facing aggravated assault charges after an incident in Mandan yesterday. Police responded to a residence at 2nd Avenue Northeast around 4 p.m. about someone who had been stabbed. The 59-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital, but the suspect, 50-year-old Sabrina Krause, hid inside the apartment. After several hours and several threats made to police and SWAT, Krause was placed in custody without further incident.
