(Bismarck, ND) — A week after the end of the session, the state legislature has revealed it passed the wrong version of its final bill. The Office of Management and Budget bill was OK’d in the 11th hour of the session. Now, House Majority Leader Mike Lefor says a clerical error was made, nothing more. If that’s the case, the legislature would not have to reconvene to correct the issue.
