(Fargo, ND) — A North Dakota state trooper is recovering from minor injuries after their vehicle was hit from behind yesterday in Fargo. The Highway Patrol says the trooper’s vehicle was struck while attempting to control traffic for a tow operator. The driver of the Chevrolet Traverse that hit the trooper’s vehicle was not injured but was charged for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and for not having insurance.
