(Minot, ND) — Minot police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of Mark McMillan. McMillan was reported missing back in April, and his body was found in the basement of a building in south Minot on July 2nd. Police have identified the suspect as 46-year-old Delon Davis, and he was taken into custody on Thursday. Davis faces charges of murder, tampering with evidence, theft, and providing false information to law enforcement. He’s being held at the Ward County Jail.
