Suspect In Bismarck Officer-Involved Shooting Charged

(Bismarck, ND) — The suspect in a Bismarck officer-involved shooting is facing charges. Police say 24-year-old Kyle Johnson was shooting at passing vehicles over the weekend when he tried to evade officers. Authorities say he eventually stepped out of his vehicle at a car wash and pointed a gun at his head. Officers fired at Johnson, taking him into custody without further incident. He is facing multiple charges, along with an active warrant. He is being held on a 100-thousand dollar cash bond.
