(Fargo, ND) — A suspect is in custody after waving a gun at someone while trying to escape police. Fargo PD is reporting the suspect, 19-year-old Kadar Pearson, was wanted in connection to an ammunition theft last month. Officers spotted Pearson in the 700 block of 23rd Street South and he ran. During a foot chase, Pearson waved a gun at a bystander who tried to help police catch him.
