(Taylor, ND) — Senator John Hoeven was in Taylor Thursday to honor Taylor-Richardton Elementary School’s designation as a 2023 Blue Ribbon School. He presented an American flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol to the school’s students, educators, and families as a present. Hoeven congratulated Taylor-Richardton Elementary for the designation, which recognizes their commitment to academic excellence. The flag will be displayed at the school as a symbol of exemplary teaching and learning.
