Texas Murder Suspect Arrested In North Dakota

(Grafton, ND) — A Texas man wanted for murder and alleged involvement in organized crime has been arrested in North Dakota. Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Davis of El Paso was taken into custody in Grafton on Tuesday. Grafton Police say the arrest comes after they received information that Davis was living and working in the area. He was arrested without incident at a home on Lavergne Avenue. His arrest was a result of a multi-agency operation involving law enforcement from both Texas and North Dakota.
