(Bismarck, ND) — Three people have been chosen as finalists for the North Dakota Board of Higher Education. They are Donald Campbell of Mandan, Alan Goos of Fargo, and Patrick Sogard of Williston. Campbell is the vice president and chief human resources officer at Sanford Health, Goos is an electrician for Advanced Electrical Systems, and Sogard is an attorney and a chairman of American State Bank and Trust. Governor Burgum will choose the new board member who will begin a four-year term starting on July 1st.
