(Lisbon, ND) — Three people are dead following a two-vehicle crash in Ransom County. It happened late Tuesday afternoon near Lisbon, where two vehicles on Highway 27 collided head-on and burst into flames. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, and the identities of the victims haven’t been publicly released.
