(Minot, ND) — Thursday was a busy day for the Minot Fire Department as they responded to two separate house fires. Crews from all five fire stations in the city helped put out a fire at a mobile home near 3rd Street Northwest shortly after 4:30 a.m. About an hour later, one of the station crews was called to the scene of another fire at a house along 7th Street Northeast. Both homes were empty at the time of the fires, and nobody was injured. There’s no word yet on a cause for either fire.
