(Fargo, ND) — Two men are under arrest for a pair of motorcycle crashes Sunday morning. North Dakota Highway Patrol says the first crash happened northbound on Interstate 29 towards the Main Avenue exit, with the driver suffering serious injuries. He was charged with a DUI. The second crash took place involving a rider traveling behind the crash, who attempted to stop and give aid. He lost control of his bike during this, with it rolling down a hill and hitting a fence. He was also charged with a DUI.
