(Burleigh County, ND) — Verizon customers in multiple North Dakota counties are experiencing difficulties reaching 911. CenCom announced yesterday that Verizon customers in Burleigh, Morton, Minot, and Williams counties are receiving a busy signal when calling 911. Officials haven’t said when they expect to fix the issue. Callers receiving busy signals are being encouraged to text 911 with the location and type of emergency.
