(Minot, ND) — The man killed in a two-vehicle crash just south of Minot Saturday is an out-of-towner. The North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the victim as 32-year-old Nguon Ha from Wichita, Kansas. Ha was driving a 2015 Infiniti Q45, traveling north on Highway 83 near mile marker 183 when he pulled out and was hit by a 2020 Toyota Highlander SUV. The Highway Patrol is still investigating the incident.
