(Glen Ulin, ND) — More details are coming out about the deadly collision near Glen Ullin. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Tyler Feist of Mandan was driving a Chevy Impala on Highway 49 northeast of Glen Ullin Thursday morning when he tried to pass a semi truck in a no-passing zone. Feist drove head on into a Nissan Rogue driven by 41-year-old Patricia Olaughin of Beulah, injuring both drivers. A passenger in the Chevy Impala, 42-year-old Christopher Noel of Mandan, was killed in the crash.
