(Fargo, ND) — Newly-released videos shed new light on the actions of the man who ambushed and shot Fargo police just before the deadly attack last year. The videos were taken from cameras that shooter Mohamed Barakat had set up throughout his apartment. They show him assembling guns, deleting files from his computer, donning a tactical vest, securing his door with a strap, and leaving the apartment with a suitcase and rifle bag. North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley said Friday that there didn’t appear to be any motive besides “hate and a desire to cause carnage and mayhem”.
