Wahpeton Man Charged For Lighting House on Fire Gets Probation

(Wahpeton, ND) — A man accused of lighting a house on fire in Wahpeton is out of jail. Adam Lief Erickson had originally pleaded not guilty, but on Monday he entered guilty pleas to one count of endangering by fire or explosion — and two counts of terrorizing. With the plea deal, a judge gave Erickson credit for 171 days served in jail and sentenced him to two years of supervised probation.
