(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck police have arrested a man who was wanted on an outstanding domestic violence warrant. Forty-five-year-old Courtney Bliner was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Tuesday. Officers say he resisted arrest, and a search of his car reportedly turned up meth, fentanyl, marijuana, and a stolen gun. In addition to the domestic violence charge, Bliner now faces drug, gun, and preventing arrest charges. He’s next due in court on September 9th.
