(Minot, ND) — The Ward County Commission has agreed to audit Project Bee to see how the non-profit is using funds allocated to it through the American Rescue Plan Act. The Minot-area shelter closed abruptly in late December, but reopened some of its services two weeks later. Commissioners say some of the funds from the county may have been mishandled and they just want to double check. The shelter is holding an open house tomorrow and Friday.
