(Williston, ND) — The North Dakota Library Association is tabbing Williston Community Library’s director as its new leader. Andrea Placher has been awarded the position of NDLA President. The NDLA is a professional group that represents libraries across the state. Its members include library staff and supporters. Placher will be in the role through 2025.
