(Williston, ND) — A Williston man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a late-January shooting. Authorities say Jordan Griffith shot someone in the head while driving near 44th Avenue West and Prairie Commons Street. Griffith was arrested on gun and drug charges a few days later. He was linked to the shooting after investigators noticed his car resembled the one used in the shooting, and they allegedly found a recording on his phone of him saying he would “take care of” the victim not long before it happened. Griffith has a bond hearing set for today.
