(Williston, ND) — A Williston man is accused of terrorizing and assaulting a woman on New Year’s Night. Williston police says officers responded to a woman’s request for assistance after a man had allegedly been sending threatening messages and driving by her home and shouting. She also told police she had a physical altercation with the man the day before. When officers located the man at a Williston liquor establishment, they found two loaded pistols in his car. He’s facing charges for assault, terrorizing, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
