(Bismarck, ND) — A Williston man is facing 30 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to seven counts of sexual exploitation of minors. Nicholas Nesdahl entered his guilty plea in Federal Court in Bismarck yesterday. He is scheduled for sentencing in June. Prosecutors say Nesdahl befriended juveniles online which eventually resulted in photos and videos depicting sexual activity by the victims who ranged in age from six to 15 years old.
