(Bismarck, ND) — Heavy snowfall isn’t expected in North Dakota this winter, but we could be in store for colder-than-normal temperatures. That’s the report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Climate Prediction Center. The agency says La Nina [[ NEEN-ya ]] conditions are the main reason. NOAA says to look for temperatures to start becoming more winter-like during the second half of November.
