Woman Accused Of Fatally Poisoning Boyfriend To Undergo Mental Competency Evaluation

(Minot, ND) — A Minot woman who’s accused of fatally poisoning her boyfriend last year will undergo a mental competency evaluation. Investigators claim Ina Kenoyer used antifreeze to kill Steven Riley Jr in an attempt to receive what she believed was a multi-million-dollar inheritance. She’ll be committed to the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown for the evaluation, which is expected to take place in the next 30 days. Kenoyer’s pre-trial conference is set for May 29th.
