Woman Accused Of Stealing From Cystic Fibrosis Association Pleads Not Guilty

(Bismarck, ND) — A woman accused of stealing more than 24-thousand dollars from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has pleaded not guilty. Carey Yantzer was a former employee at the non-profit organization, and investigators say she used a work credit card to make personal purchases through Amazon, Apple, Target, and other stores. Yantzer faces a felony charge of theft by deception, and her trial is scheduled for June 1st.
