(Bismarck, ND) — A woman is facing drug and child neglect charges in Bismarck. Late last week, police were called to the Bismarck Motor Motel, where they encountered a woman who appeared to be high on methamphetamine. When police learned that she was staying at the hotel with her two kids, officers entered the motel room. Inside, they found trash, old food, and various forms of drug paraphernalia scattered throughout the room. The woman is being charged with child neglect, ingesting a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
