(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck woman is facing felony charges related to a man’s drug overdose death. Last March, Kiara Twinn allegedly smoked what she believed was heroin with a man, but the man overdosed and later died at a hospital. An autopsy revealed that the man died from fentanyl and methamphetamine toxicity. Following months of investigation, police issued an arrest warrant for Twinn on Tuesday. She faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
