(Fargo, ND) — A woman is dead after a hit-and-crash near a south Fargo Walmart. The NDHP says the 36-year-old was crossing the street Monday morning when she was hit by a vehicle that fled from the scene. Twenty-three-year-old Alex Cruz of Fargo has been arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash. Court records show Cruz has a long list of driving infractions, including two citations for speeding.
