Woman Injured In Leeds Car Crash

(Leeds, ND) — A 69-year-old Towner woman has been injured in a two-vehicle crash near Leeds. It happened on Thursday at U.S. Highway 2 and 63rd Street Northeast, where a pickup truck driven by a 16-year-old boy turned and was struck by an SUV driven by the woman. She was transported to a hospital in Devils Lake to be treated for her injuries. Investigators say the 16-year-old and a 15-year-old passenger in the truck weren’t hurt in the collision.
