(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck woman who police have been trying to find for the past five years is now in custody. Sarah Frohlich hasn’t been seen since 2019, when she was charged with meth and drug paraphernalia possession. She was finally arrested on Tuesday after a brief car chase and foot pursuit that started near South Connecticut Street. Officers reportedly found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside her car, and she’s next due in court on June 24th.
