(Moorhead, MN) — Road closures on First Avenue and 11th Street in Moorhead for the 11th Street underpass project have been pushed back until Wednesday because of the snow. First Avenue will close between 10th Street and 12th Street, and 11th Street will close between Second Avenue North and Main Avenue. The intersections at Center Avenue and Main Avenue will remain open to traffic. The underpass project will be completed in 2026.
