12-Year-Old Crashed Stolen Car Into Bus Shelter in Minneapolis

(Minneapolis, MN) — Minneapolis police say the suspect who allegedly crashed a stolen car into a bus shelter was a twelve-year-old boy. Officers spotted the vehicle on Monday, which led them on a pursuit that ended when the driver crashed into a bus shelter. Six juveniles ran from the crashed car before being apprehended, and one man at the bus shelter was injured. The chase occurred the day before the suspect’s birthday, and he has since turned thirteen. He is currently awaiting possible charges.
