(Moorhead, MN) — A German shepherd puppy found in a crate last month in Moorhead has a new home. Two married Clay County deputies have taken in the puppy, now named Shiva. The crate was found east of Dilworth on the entrance ramp to Highway 10 to Highway 336. The animal was dehydrated and sick with worms and parvo. No owner came forward to claim the dog.
