BCA Investigating After Deadly Shooting In SW MN

(Marshall, MN) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating a deadly officer-involved shooting in the southwestern part of the state. Police in Marshall say officers went to a home on Brussels Court early yesterday for a domestic violence call. The officers reportedly saw a woman being stabbed by the suspect and attempted to stop the attack using a Taser. The male suspect died when one of the officers fired his weapon. The woman was flown to a hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in critical condition. Police have not released any information about the victim or the suspect.
