(Walker, MN) — Organizers of a music festival in northern Minnesota are giving disappointed ticket buyers a deadline to get full refunds. This weekend’s Moondance Jam in Walker was supposed to have bans like Foghat, Kansas and Creed, but those acts were cancelled due to financial problems. The show will go on with regional acts, though organizers say they will honor refund requests. The deadline to make that request is 5 p.m. today.
