Democrats Send off 2024 Iowa Caucus Plan

(Des Moines, IA) — The Iowa Democratic Party’s State Central Committee is sending their draft delegate selection plan for the caucus process to the Democratic National Committee, according to a press release. The DNC’s Rules and Bylaws Committee will now examine the plan for approval.

The IDP is calling the mail-in caucus process the most inclusive in history. Iowa Democrats would request a card through the mail or online, and then fill out their presidential preference and return in the mail.
