Flooding Across Minnesota Escalates As Rivers Rise

(Undated) — Flooding across Minnesota continues to cause concern. Weather forecasters say heavy rain last night and into today will exacerbate spring flooding. The Mississippi River through St. Paul and in Hastings is rising and is expected to reach higher levels by next week. The St. Croix River in Stillwater is about two feet above flood stage. The Crow River in Delano was expected to crest yesterday at nearly three feet above flood stage.
