(Eagan, MN) — A former state GOP strategist is recovering from injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver outside his Eagan residence. Jeff Kolb, a former Crystal City Council member, says Michael Brodkorb suffered bruised ribs and a fractured tailbone in the crash last Friday night.
