(Detroit Lakes, MN) — An omnibus hearing for a state senator charged with burglary in Becker County has been moved to the end of August. DFL State Senator Nicole Mitchell of Woodbury was set to appear in court today in Detroit Lakes. She was charged with burglary in April after allegedly breaking into her stepmother’s home. The judge in the case granted a defense request for a delay, moving the hearing to August 30th.
