A group called Jobs for Humanity shared the opening and claimed it was partnering with Mayo Clinic to build an “inclusive and just employment ecosystem.” Libs of TikTok criticized the post as discrimination, with billionaire Elon Musk chiming in that “employment discrimination is illegal.” The Rochester-based healthcare organization denied having any partnership with Jobs for Humanity and said the job posting was created without approval and used language that mischaracterized its hiring practices.
