(St. Paul, MN) — It’s nearly time for candidates to begin filing their paperwork for Minnesota’s next election. The Secretary of State’s Office says the filing window for state, county and municipal elections will open tomorrow. Candidates for U.S. senator, U.S. representative, state senator, state representative and open judicial positions can file with the Secretary of State or the county auditor where they live. Other candidates need to file with their county auditor, municipal clerk or school district clerk. The filing window will close on June 4th.
