Minnesota’s First Recreational Marijuana Dispensary To Open

(Red Lake, MN) — Minnesota will opens it’s first recreational pot dispensary on the Red Lake Nation. Officials say a NativeCare will begin selling to customers 21 and older on August 1st. The Red Lake tribal secretary said they see this as resource to reduce harm and help their people. Officials say recreational dispensaries outside reservations may not until early 2025. The state’s Office of Cannabis Management still needs to set up a licensing system.
