(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota House is set to vote today on whether or not to legalize recreational marijuana. Details are being reconciled on a compromise bill outlining the quantities of marijuana and edibles that Minnesotans 21 and older could purchase in one transaction. A new state agency would be established to oversee the licensing of recreational and medical marijuana businesses. The process to begin recreational sales would take up to a year to implement.
