MN Jobless Rate Up Slightly In June

(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota’s unemployment rate has risen slightly from May to June. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development announced yesterday that the jobless rate rose to two-point-nine-percent last month. It was two-point-eight-percent in May. The number of unemployed Minnesotans rose to just over 91-thousand, while the labor force participation rate dropped to just under 68-percent.
