MN Man Charged In Wife’s Death

(Fort Ripley, MN) — A man is being charged in connection with the death of his wife near Fort Ripley. Last month, Angela McClelland was found dead along a roadway, and an investigation led police to believe she had been struck by a vehicle. Police linked Angela’s husband Tony McClelland to her death after blood was found on his car that matched her DNA. The two had reportedly gotten into an argument on their way home from a party prior to Angela’s death. Tony McClelland is facing vehicular homicide and manslaughter charges.
