(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota State Capitol has reopened after an emailed threat led to a lockdown yesterday. Capitol security teams swept the building yesterday morning after a bomb threat but found nothing suspicious. Normal activities resumed after the search, though security officers increased their presence in the building as a precaution. At least five other state capitals also received bomb threats yesterday.
