(Lutsen, MN) — State investigators will be on-site today as part of their probe into the cause of the fire at Lutsen Lodge. Members of the State Fire Marshal’s office plan to begin digging through the debris of the lodge to try to determine where the fire started. The lodge caught fire on February 6th and the fire site is still considered hazardous due to unstable debris. The Fire Marshal’s Office has asked residents to stay away from the site to help preserve the integrity of the debris and give investigators space to do their work.
